I picked DNA over Sufjan because it’s what I’ve been listening to the past couple of days, so the songs are stuck in my head. I really like Sufjan but I just haven’t played him in a while… (I like all of these groups, do I’d be happy with any of them winning…except Derek Webb; I don’t want him to win.)

Wow, this was an insanely tough group to vote on, and I really could go either way for almost all the matches. Except Derek Webb. He’s talented and all, but I get tired of his style. Everybody else today I really like. I wanted all of them to win, but, in the end, Sufjan Stevens has quite an extensive collection of great songs, so I gave him the most votes.

Cold Comfort Band vs. Destroy Nate Allen was really hard. Do I go with intricate and complex songs or singable and catchy? I love both styles a ton. In the end, I went with Cold Comfort Band, but I could have gone either way easily.
